Application Need

To ensure maximum cell efficiency, the metal contacts must combine low resistance with smallest size. To achieve this, the contact drying and firing process must have the correct temperature profile and be stable over time.

Benefits to the customer
  • Measure the cell temperature through the entire process
  • Fine-tune process settings accurately and efficiently
  • Eliminate temperature variation in dual lane furnaces to obtain product uniformity
  • Quickly troubleshoot the process and eliminate downtime
Thermal Profiling Systems
  • Readings at up to 20 per second enable the fastest rise times to be measured
  • Narrow width of 91mm (3.5in) and lowest height of 16mm (.6in) to fit through the tightest furnace spaces
  • Available with optional cell clamp to enable quick thermocouple placement
