Heat Treatment - Temperature Uniformity Survey (TUS)

Measuring temperatures up to 1370°C /2498°F, the Datapaq® Furnace Tracker profiling system for Heat Treatment is assembled from a selection of data loggers, protective thermal barriers, thermocouples and completed with Insight™ Thermal Profiling Software, which can instantly print a Temperature Uniformity Survey report complying with the AMS2750E , CQI-9, or NADCAP Standards.

Industrial Coating Thermal Profiling Systems

Datapaq EasyTrack3® Thermal Profiling System is designed for temperature profiling of powder coating ovens and products. This system is also suitable for textile and denim thermal curing processes. While Oven Tracker® XL2 has a wide selection of standard thermal barriers specially designed for use in automotive paint lines. Datapaq Reflow Tracker Thermal Profiling System

Datapaq Reflow Tracker System travels through the SMT process, enabling you to monitor wave and reflow soldering, as well as vapor phase, selective soldering and rework stations. It has a powerful and user-friendly Insight™ analysis software and fast and highly accurate data logger.

Datapaq® Solar Tracker® System

Datapaq® Solar Tracker® System are designed for specific use in solar photovoltaic (PV) manufacturing.
